My installer, Jason Laws was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and was thorough in his work.

Having both of our garage doors and openers replaced by Asheville garage door was definitely the right choice. From the initial contact and planning stage with Kara and Josh to the actual installation by Jason Feimster we are extremely pleased. Jason worked through all the peculiar obstacles of an older home, was organized, neat and explained all as he completed the job. Great value and a job well Done!

We were in need of a garage door replacement. A friend of ours who had work done recently suggested we give Asheville Garage Door a call. We did and worked with Kara on the design, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The old door was removed and replaced by technicians Ron & Tyler. They were both friendly, courteous and professional...and they did a great job. The door looks awesome and we would definately recommend anyone in need of repair or replacement to give this company a call.

Called Asheville Garage Door at 8:15 on a Friday and they arrived by 9! Jose was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly had our repair finished and the office called to confirm everything up on completion. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are proud new owners of a modern garage door and garage opener. The new unit has a better R-Rating, more cosmetically pleasing, and is functionally sound. The folks at Asheville Garage Door came highly recommended from two sets of friends and they could not have given us better advice. From the initial meet and greet with Buford to the professional and clean installation by Ron and Tyler we could not be more happy. The team of Ron and Tyler showed up on time and worked with us on answering questions and making changes to make the new units work well for us. We look forward to future business with them on future builds and maintenance. The group as a whole from office to install could not have been more friendly, helpful, and affordable. Highly recommend them for any current or future garage door needs.

My garage door stopped working on Sunday afternoon, so I called Asheville Garage Doors on Monday morning, and they had somebody out to my house by that afternoon. Jason, the technician appears to be very tech savvy and fixed it within an hour. He was friendly and personable, then he showed me how to lubricate the doors in the future. I would say he went above and beyond.

Even from halfway across the country, the consultation and ordering process was great. The installation was perfect the first time. A year later I had an issue after my power went out and Josh was quick to call back and solved it over the phone.

Asheville garage door installed all the doors in our development 26 years ago and have provided maintenance and repair services as well as replacement post Helene. Yesterday my garage door was damaged at the same time as a family emergency. Buford came out while we were at the surgery center, fixed the door and it now works perfectly. What great service from such competent prifessionals!

Great service and I will definitely use them again.
