Asheville garage door installed all the doors in our development 26 years ago and have provided maintenance and repair services as well as replacement post Helene. Yesterday my garage door was damaged at the same time as a family emergency. Buford came out while we were at the surgery center, fixed the door and it now works perfectly. What great service from such competent prifessionals!

Had a really incredible experience with this company. Ran into an issue with my garage that left it open, causing a safety/bear concern. Figured I would likely have to replace it. Buford - the operations manager - took the time to come out a couple hours after my call and solve the issue. The door looked good as new and I learned a thing or two. Jason Laws was friendly, clear and efficient when he installed a new opener at our home. Asheville Garage Door has been doing our garage maintenance for the past couple of years, since we bought our house. They do an excellent job, are timely, polite and great to work with. This past weekend our 18' two car garage door developed a buckle and couldn't be shut unless it was propped up as it closed. I called Asheville Garage Door to see if they could fix or replace. They were at my house first thing the next morning. I was certain it was going to be a $3,500+ replacement. Instead, the two techs that looked at it were able to brace the two sections that were sagging, were in and out in 45 minutes, and the fix cost me less than 10% of the replacement cost. I highly recommend this Asheville Garage Door for any repair or routine garage door maintenance.

Jason Laws was extremely helpful. He helped me understand how to program all the garage doors to my phone. Now when I’m lying in bed at night wondering if the doors are closed I can look on my phone and have peace of mind.
